Vysoké Mýto, 7th June 2018

Buses of the range Crossway Natural Power were first presented in October last year within the trade fair Busworld in Kortrijk and the first 23 buses Crossway Natural Power left production line in Vysoké Mýto in May this year in the direction of Karviná.

Buses are equipped with efficient air conditioning that will be definitely appreciated by passengers as well as drivers in summer time coming on. Wheelchair access in the front part of the bus makes travelling more pleasant especially for mothers with prams or passengers in wheelchair. On the other hand, younger passengers can pass their time in buses on Wi-Fi. The manufacturer did not forget drivers either and facilitates their everyday work by implementation of the VDV driver’s workplace meeting strict standards of the demanding German market. Thanks to this equipment the transport in buses has become more comfortable and in particular the passive safety of all passengers has increased significantly.

Sales Director IVECO BUS for Central and East European markets, Jan Kimla, said about new buses: “The range IVECO BUS Natural Power represents a proven and maximum ecological solution of mobility using natural gas and biomethane. Due to that fact we are able to offer more environmentally friendly buses. The benefits are particularly impressive in terms of particles levels and noise emissions. I believe that our customers as well as passengers will appreciate not only their silent environmentally friendly operation but also the comfort and high value added.”

“The bus Crossway Natural Power, which will be operated on our lines, has a capacity of 43 passengers seated who may board onto the bus through two two-leaf doors (front and middle)”, said Tomáš Vavřík, head-manager of 3ČSAD.
